In the background, that looks like the main rail line Edinburgh/Glasgow. And in the distance, looks like the West Kirk in West Calder. I think this is one of the water reservoirs on the Addiewell Oil Works property. Most were oily but I remember one fairly clean. The bridge under the railway, in the background, had an unfinished road out to the Addiewell Kirk Manse and the Breich Road.
